These Terms govern your use of IndianEstateMarket. By using our platform, you agree to these conditions.
1. Platform Nature
IndianEstateMarket is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, brokers, and referral partners. We facilitate introductions and deal coordination but do not act as a property owner, buyer, or legal authority in transactions.
2. User Roles
Users may participate as buyers, sellers, brokers, or referral partners. Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for their conduct during transactions.
3. No Guarantee of Deal Closure
We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a successful transaction. Deal outcomes depend on multiple external factors including negotiation, documentation, and mutual agreement between parties.
4. Commission & Earnings
Our platform may charge a fixed or percentage-based commission on successful deals. Referral earnings, if applicable, are paid only after successful deal closure and receipt of our commission. Brokers operate independently and retain their own commissions unless otherwise agreed.
5. Referral Policy
Referral earnings are discretionary and depend on deal value, contribution, and successful completion of the transaction. Any misuse, duplicate leads, or fraudulent referrals may lead to disqualification.
6. Accuracy of Information
Users must provide accurate and truthful information. We are not responsible for incorrect listings, misrepresentation, or disputes arising from false data shared by users.
7. Independent Transactions
All property transactions occur directly between involved parties. IndianEstateMarket is not a party to any agreement, sale deed, or legal contract between users.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any financial loss, legal disputes, property issues, or damages arising from transactions conducted through the platform. Users are advised to perform their own due diligence.
9. Platform Misuse
Any misuse of the platform, including spam, fake leads, manipulation, or unethical behavior, may result in suspension or permanent restriction.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
